Most ceremonies include 1–2 readings, but you can choose as many as you like. Family members, friends, or other special guests are welcome to read. There are no restrictions, your ceremony is fully customizable. I also provide a curated list of suggested readings to spark ideas.
How many times would you like to meet with us before the wedding?
I know your time is valuable, so I’ve created tools and questionnaires that allow us to handle all of the planning remotely and efficiently. I also offer unlimited support via email and scheduled phone calls to help you plan your ceremony. For the Histoire d’Amour (fully personalized) package, we can meet in person (or virtually) if you’d like, to finalize your ceremony and ensure everything feels perfect.
How long does a typical ceremony last?
Ceremonies usually last around 20 minutes, but the length is completely up to you.
We can craft a shorter or longer ceremony depending on your preferences.
Do you authority do you have to perform legal ceremonies?
Yes. I am a Universal Life Church minister and I have full legal authority to perform weddings in the United States.
Will you be officiating other weddings that day? What happens if you’re running late?
During wedding season, I may have another ceremony, but I never schedule weddings too close together. This ensures I arrive on time, calm, and fully prepared for your special day.
Will you lead a rehearsal?
I’m happy to lead your rehearsal unless you have a wedding coordinator.
This service is included in the Grand Jour and Histoire d’Amour packages.
(Travel beyond 10 miles may incur an additional fee.)

I will arrive early to your ceremony location to go over last-minute details and also fill in your marriage license. The signatures will be added immediately after the ceremony, so everything is completed properly before you move on to celebrating.
Do you welcome all couples and all ceremony styles?
Absolutely! I officiate weddings for all couples, including interfaith, LGBTQ+, blended families, elopements, destination weddings, vow renewals, short & sweet ceremonies, and unconventional celebrations. I will co-create a ceremony that feels perfectly tailored to you.
We have children. Can they be included in the ceremony?
Yes. Children can participate in meaningful ways beyond being a ring bearer or flower girl.
